Tourists are advised to memorize a list of the necessary stores (on their windows and devices are pasted logos of banks whose cards are accepted there). Another option is to ask the seller a question.
If the operation is denied, you need to try to pay with Mir cards of different banks (the plastic of those who fell under sanctions may not work) or go shopping in a nearby supermarket.
