Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin approved the expansion of measures of state support for social and entrepreneurial initiatives in the field of tourism.
For the next three years, the federal budget for these purposes provides for 12.9 billion rubles.
“Business representatives will now be able to receive subsidies for the development of beaches, the creation of campsites and campgrounds, the development of electronic travel guides and other initiatives. The necessary changes were made to the state program "Tourism Development" and approved by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Financing will be provided to commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs based on the results of the competitive selection, which will be held by Rosturizm.
Entrepreneurs will be able to purchase the necessary equipment and equipment, equip children's and sports recreation areas, create an accessible environment for citizens with disabilities, install a modern navigation system, develop mobile application guides and audio guides.
State support will be provided within the framework of the national project "Tourism and hospitality industry".
