The departments will study the possibility of opening for international flights airports of Bryansk, Nizhnekamsk, Magnitogorsk, Omsk, Syktyvkar, Chelyabinsk, Ulan-Ude, Ulyanovsk.

Sources in the aviation industry and close to the operational headquarters confirmed the authenticity of the document, but experts warn that the final decision on all of these countries may be negative.

A similar list of 30 countries with improving epidemiological conditions has existed before. According to it, the agencies assess compliance with the criteria for the resumption of regular flights. For example, the prospects of opening the Dominican Republic and Mexico were previously positively assessed. But as we see, these countries are still not open.”

A number of countries from this list meet the criteria required by Russia for the resumption of regular flights, but it is worthwhile to understand that the restoration of air traffic does not always mean the start of tourist activity. For example, returning to the aviation market routes to Japan, Korea, Finland, Switzerland and other countries are still inaccessible to tourists.
