The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a law on a single register of conscripts, which provides for an electronic agenda on the portal of state services.

The register of military registration will be formed automatically. Subpoenas to conscripts will be sent in writing and duplicated in electronic form.
The electronic summons will be considered handed over from the moment of its placement in the personal account of the citizen “on the relevant information resource, in the information system”.
Deputies approved restrictions on leaving Russia for citizens who are subject to conscription, from the date of receipt of the summons and before appearing in the military enlistment office. The amendments will be included in the law “On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entering the Russian Federation”.
