When will hotels open in the Krasnodar region?

In the Krasnodar Territory, the quarantine was officially extended until June 6. Entry to the region is limited to visitors from other regions, except transit transport. Visitors are required to leave for a 14-day observation. This applies even to property owners in the region.

In the region, the access regime between municipalities is maintained, and movement within them is open.

The ban on mass, sports and children's events has been extended. Parks, embankments, beaches, shopping centers are closed. The mandatory mask regime, observance of social distance, self-isolation regime for persons over 65 years old remain.

Earlier, the regional authorities announced their readiness to open sanatoriums with a medical license from June 1: it was assumed that resort residents from the station or airport would go to the health resort, and would not leave its territory.

The head of the region Veniamin Kondratiev said that sanatorium-resort organizations will be able to work from June 1.

As for other accommodation facilities, the authorities of the Krasnodar Territory will consider the possibility of opening boarding houses and hotels of the region for tourists at the end of June in the framework of the regulations of Rospotrebnadzor and if the epidemiological situation allows.

According to Kondratiev, the decision to open hotels will be made in early June. We will be intuiting, feeling, in early June we will announce when hotels and boarding houses will be able to start working.

The President of Russia advised the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory to rely on the point of view of experts: “No need to intuit.” It is necessary to rely on the real situation, to see how the situation will develop, on time, but without rushing ahead to make appropriate decisions.”

There are no official and final documents on the organization of sanatorium-resort holidays in the Kuban.

Preliminary it is known that tourists will be asked for a tour / course, a certificate with an analysis of the absence of COVID-19, a certificate of epidural and a sanatorium-resort card. Visitors must also arrive by train/plane.

The situation with the “non-opening” of Krasnodar resorts forces tour operators to postpone the start of flight programs in the region. Sochi. AZUR air planned to start regular flights to the resort from June 1, but postponed the departures to June 15.

The decision to postpone the launch of flights to Sochi by Nordwind airline, with which the tour operator PEGAS Touristik cooperates, has not yet been made.
