Where can the Russians, vaccinated with Sputnik Lite?

More than 70 countries have recognized Satellite V, but many travelers have already revaccinated the Light variant. For them, the choice of directions has narrowed.

Since January 3, the emirate has removed Russia from the list of “green” countries, and the conditions of entry have changed, including for those vaccinated. Unvaccinated Russians in Abu Dhabi are sent to a ten-day quarantine.

In the UAE approved one-component "Satellite Light" as an independent vaccine and booster. However, this is not the case in Abu Dhabi.

Thailand, which opened to Russia under the Sandbox and Test & Go programs, only accepts guests with Sputnik V. No vaccination, quarantine.

Malaysia also recognizes Sputnik V, allows vaccinated tourists arriving through licensed tour operators, and only to the island of Langkawi.

“Indeed, Satellite V offers more opportunities than Light,” the company said. However, a number of countries grant tourists the right to fly on PCR and without vaccination.

For revaccinated people, there is good news: in January, Cyprus recognized Sputnik Light as a booster, that is, after two doses of V. As the only vaccination, the lighter option is not suitable. Israel also promised to approve Light as a booster.

Hungary and Estonia host tourists with Satellite Light.

The Russians are waiting with any of Sputnik or even with EpiVacKorona and Cambodia. All domestic vaccines are recognized in Cuba.

There are life hacks: some experts suggest in the certificates in English to specify: "booster vaccine "Sputnik V". It'll help. Now it's just "Sputnik Lite" - formally it's another vaccination.
