In the summer of 2026, the demand for vacations outside of megacities increased significantly. For example, in Kyakhta (Buryatia), apartment armor soared more than three times. Other directions are not far behind: Zarechye (Moscow region, + 207 %) and Ust-Kinelsky (Samara region, + 176%).
Why are they going there? For the atmosphere, history and silence. Kyakhta is a former point of Russian-Chinese trade, in the Thais - the Demidov estate and a picturesque park with ponds. Such a holiday is great to escape from the bustle of the city for a couple of days.
Daily rental makes such routes convenient and affordable, especially where there are few hotels.
In the top of summer-2026 – Reftinsky, Bredy, Spassk-Dalny, Dalnerechensk and Krasyukovsky. And increasingly, people choose short trips for 2-3 nights - in contrast to seaside resorts, where they usually rest for 4-6 days.
