The Ministry of transport may resolve the dispute between passengers of the upper and lower shelves of trains
The Ministry of Transport plans to oblige train passengers who bought a ticket to the lower shelves to give up a seat at the table to fellow travelers from the upper shelves.
The draft of the corresponding order is published on the portal of legal information.
"At the request of the conductor of long-distance train cars, a passenger passing on the lower shelf is obliged to provide a seat at the table to a passenger passing on the upper shelf for eating."
For the morning and evening meal, passengers of the upper shelves will be allocated at least 30 minutes, and for lunch - no more than an hour.
The authorities propose to expand the list of documents on which Russians can issue tickets: add a certificate of loss of a passport or release from prison, a temporary identity card from the internal affairs bodies, an identity document of the convicted person and others.
