From March 30, Muscovites are allowed to leave the apartment only:

in case of emergency medical care and other threat to life and health,
travel to work if you are required to go to work,
for purchases at the nearest working store or pharmacy,
pet walking at a distance not exceeding 100 m from the place of residence (stay),
The need to remove household waste.

In the coming days, after technical and organizational measures, it will be possible to leave if there is a pass issued in the manner prescribed by the Moscow Government.
