“Night of Arts” 2022: which museums in Moscow will be free of charge?
On November 4, the traditional annual event “Night of Arts” will be held in all regions of Russia. In 2022, the events are timed to the Day of National Unity and are dedicated to the theme “Our traditions”.
The Pushkin and Historical Museum, New Tretyakovka will open permanent exhibitions for free visit during the annual “Night of Arts” campaign on November 4.
The press service of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts informs that within the framework of the action on November 4, you will be able to visit the main building of the museum for free from 19:00 to 23:00 (entry until 22:00). Free tickets can be purchased on the museum website.
You can freely visit the programs in the Historical Museum, the Museum of the Patriotic War of 1812 and the Chambers of the Romanov boyars, you need to arrange a free ticket on the website.
The Historical Museum and temporary exhibitions will extend the working hours until 23:00 (the ticket office is open until 22:00). To participate in exhibition programs, in addition to the entrance ticket, you need to buy promotional tickets for 100 rubles.
You can visit the expositions of Novaya Tretyakovka, the Apollinariy Vasnetsov Museum, the Victor Vasnetsov Museum, the Pavel and Sergey Tretyakov Museum for free.
The entrance to the New Tretyakovka and the Western Wing of the New Tretyakovka is open until 23:00. The Apollinariy Vasnetsov Museum, the Victor Vasnetsov Museum, the Pavel and Sergey Tretyakov Museum are open until 21:00, the entrance is until 20:00.
In New Tretyakovka, a permanent exhibition and temporary exhibitions will be opened for free: My Tretyakovka. From virtual to real. Part 1", "Natalia Elkonina. The department of culture of Moscow says that subordinate institutions have prepared an extensive program, events in the capital will be held at more than 200 city venues. For Muscovites and guests of the capital will be concerts, performances, excursions, exhibitions, master classes, poetry meetings, literary balls.
In the capital "Night of Arts" will be held simultaneously in two formats - in the traditional format of cultural events with the invitation of spectators and online.
