Coronavirus control staff increases number of flights to Belarus
On July 23, the Operator Staff informed about the results of the next meeting, and approved the expansion of air communication with one of the already “open” countries.
From August 1, 2021, the number of regular flights to the Republic of Belarus on a reciprocal basis will increase on the following routes:
Moscow - Minsk: from 10 to 20 flights per week
Sochi - Minsk and Krasnodar - Minsk: with a frequency of 3 flights per week on each route.
International sanctions apply against Belarus: flights from this country cannot be operated in the airspace of many countries, including Ukraine. Therefore, the flight time on tourist routes from Minsk (for example, to Turkey) increased by at least an hour.
According to the information on the scoreboard of the Minsk airport, flights to Egypt, Turkey, UAE, Georgia, Russia, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan are now available from the capital of Belarus.
