Monument to tourists in Yalta

The authorities of Yalta, one of the most popular cities of the Crimea, announced on the eve that a new landmark will appear in the city - a monument to a holidaymaker.

More recently, on April 16, in Yalta, a sculptural composition called “The Bench of Lovers” was solemnly presented, which is located on the city embankment. The author of the composition Vladimir Odintsov performed a sculpture in the Art Nouveau style.

The city administration does not intend to stop there and plans to install unusual sculptures throughout the city. And next in line is the monument to the rest. Its author will be Alexander Rukavishnikov. The composition will be located opposite the “Bench of Lovers” and will depict the Soviet family. Family members will hold in their hands the most famous inventory of vacationers in Yalta: a wax with bottles of milk and a loaf, as well as an inflatable circle.
