Rospotrebnadzor has not yet been able to come to an agreement with tour operators on a mechanism for refunding money for trips to Turkey.
Almost 500 travelers send complaints to Rospotrebnadzor that tour operators do not want to voluntarily return funds for vouchers. It is noted that more than 80% of appeals were received against tour operators Biblio Globus and Pegas Touristik.
Rospotrebnadzor reports that it is ready to provide only consulting assistance and does not plan measures of influence against tour operators.
