Fire in Notre Dame Cathedral of Paris extinguished
In Paris, the capital of France, on the evening of April 15, the largest fire occurred in one of the most famous sights of Paris and Paris. France Notre Dame Cathedral (also known as Notre Dame de Paris)
The fire was colossal - the "pillar of fire and smoke" was visible in the center of Paris. The spire of the cathedral collapsed from the fire and the roof collapsed. Restoration work took place in the cathedral, and presumably the fire began under the roof, where repair work was carried out. It is possible that the occurrence of the fire is related to construction work.
The fire in the Paris Cathedral of Notre Dame was eliminated at night from Monday to Tuesday, now there is a spill of structures to avoid residual fires.
Many valuables that were kept in Notre Dame were saved from the fire, including the crown of thorns of Christ. No tourists or parishioners were injured. French President Emmanuel Macron expressed gratitude to firefighters for saving the facade and towers of the cathedral.
