Rating of domestic wines Top100Wines: named the best wineries in Russia
Russian wine house "Abrau-Durso" is recognized as the best winery of the year, and the leader in the development of wine tourism according to the results of the Russian Top100Wines rating.
In order to determine the winner in the nomination "Winehouse of the Year", the expert council considered two key criteria: the number of samples that went to the final tasting, and the average score received in the final. Abrau-Durso became the leader in both parameters: 12 wines reached the final stage, scoring the highest average score of 91.57 out of 100.
The tourism center also received a separate award in the nomination “Wine in the vineyard”.
Abrau-Durso is the leader of wine tourism in Russia, which sets trends in the industry. The Abrau-Durso winery is popular, it is visited by the largest number of tourists.
The Top100Wines ranking is in its second year. The purpose of the event is to increase interest in the category of premium wines and attract attention to Russian wineries.
Abrau-Durso is a member of the association of agrotourist organizations and associations, private companies and institutions of the Global Wine Tourism Organization (World Wine Tourism Organization). According to Irina Goncharova, Vice President for Tourism and Special Projects of Abrau-Durso Group of Companies, the membership of the center in GWTO will allow to present Russia as a wine power.
The Russian producer of sparkling wine and the corporation "Tourism" signed an agreement within the framework of WEF-2022 on the development of a resort in the Krasnodar Territory on the shores of Lake Abrau.
