It became easier for Russians to enter Bulgaria: the conditions of entry have been updated

Russia still belongs to the Orange group of countries, but additional sanitary control measures for citizens of the Russian Federation have been canceled since July 29, 2021.
Russians are allowed to enter Bulgaria with one of the documents confirming the anticove status.
From July 29 to August 31, 2021, Russian tourists will need one of the following documents to enter Bulgaria:
- Certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 in English, with passport data;
- Certificate of negative PCR test for coronavirus, made not earlier than 72 hours before entering the country in English;
- Certificate with the result of a rapid test for antigens.
- Certificate of coronavirus infection in English (no more than 180 days must pass from the moment of recovery).
- Children under 12 years old do not need a COVID-19 test certificate to enter Bulgaria.
The Bulgarian Consulate in Moscow issues visas in 4-5 days. These deadlines are recommended for visa centers in the regions.
