Russians should think before flying to Bangkok

Recently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation invited Russian citizens to refrain from traveling to Bangkok.

In a statement published on the Foreign Ministry’s website, the Thai opposition announced plans to hold a series of large-scale protests in Bangkok to block the activities of state institutions and paralyze traffic on the main metropolitan highways. Protests will be held from January 13.

In this regard, Russian citizens should abandon tourist trips to Bangkok in the near future. People who are already on vacation should pay attention to the demands of local law enforcement agencies, unconditionally implement them and be careful, as well as avoid crowded places of protesters.

Now tourists arriving at the airports of Bangkok, immediately go to the place of rest, bypassing the capital, as the resort areas of Thailand remain calm.
