Russians chose the best airline in 2020
The rating of the best airlines was made by FrequentFlyers based on live reviews of tourists who used the services of carriers in 2020.
More than 3,000 people took part in voting, of which 40.5% managed to make at least 10 flights even in 2020.
According to the polled, S7 Airlines earned the first place in 2020, 44% of voting participants voted for it, noting its advantages: a wide route network, price-quality ratio, service, clean aircraft, convenient loyalty program.
The press service of the company S7 mentioned that the carrier successfully used the “hype”, which was caused by the scandalous policy of “Aeroflot” about animals. One of the respondents called the S7 “the most human (and cat)” airline, since since December 16, 2020, S7 passengers have the opportunity to carry pets in the cabin of the aircraft in the next seat.
The second place in the top was taken by the airline “Aeroflot”, the third – “Ural Airlines”.
