Russian pensioners can offer subsidized tours around the country
The Deputy of the state Duma, Hero of Russia Roman Romanenko is sure that the program of tourist cashback in Russia should be modernized, and for pensioners it is necessary to increase from 20 to 30% the share of reimbursement of costs for tour trips around the country.
“It makes sense for pensioners to increase the share of reimbursement of costs for tour trips from 20 to 30% in Russia,” the parliamentarian believes.
In his opinion, in addition to subsidies, the authorities should allocate 30 thousand rubles to pensioners who have not received permits in social protection bodies.
The new measures will help the elderly, who usually go on trips on their own, to travel around the country not only "for the purpose of sanatorium treatment, but also just to visit relatives."
