The head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova said that the Agency by the end of this year will develop a tourist master plan of Russia, which will take into account all tourist routes and features of the country.
The first tool in the national project that we are laying is the creation of concepts for the development of the country and master planning of the country, which we will have to complete by the end of this year. This will be a conceptual document in which all key points of tourism development will be interconnected, she said.
The document will indicate the key points of development of tourism in the country, including existing and promising routes, transport, information on the maximum permissible load of hotels and resorts.
When creating the plan, the temperature and climatic regimes of the country, recreational resources and cultural features will be analyzed. Tourist flows will be calculated for each territory separately. The data obtained will be used in the construction of tourism infrastructure.
