North Korea is preparing to welcome tourists from Russia

On February 9, 2024, the first group of Russian tourists will go skiing in a ski resort in North Korea.

According to the official Telegram channel of the government of the Primorsky Territory, the Russians will spend 4 days in the country: on the first day they will visit the sights of the capital of the DPRK - the city of Pyongyang, and then by plane they will go to another region of the country - to the Galma airport and spend 2 days on the slopes of the Masikryon ski resort, where they will be settled in a five-star hotel.

At the resort, lovers of winter holidays are waiting for 10 trails with a length of 682 m to 5 km of different difficulty levels.

On the last day of rest, tourists will go back to Vladivostok with a transfer in Pyongyang.

The cost of the tour is 750 US dollars (about 68000 rubles). This price includes a North Korean visa, all flights along the route, accommodation in hotels and breakfasts, services of a Russian-speaking guide and excursions on the program. On the spot you will have to pay for the rest of the meal, ski passes (1 lift costs 10-15 US dollars depending on the type of lift), and if necessary - for rental equipment.
