Swiss motorcycle traveler visited Yekaterinburg

A Swiss motorcycle traveler named David on a BMW R80 GS motorcycle visited Yekaterinburg as part of his six-month voyage. According to the editors of the portal E1.RU resident motorcycle club E1 Pavel (Quash), David went on his journey from home in Switzerland at the end of April 2011. He set his goal to travel around most of the continent and visit Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and most of the countries of Central Asia.

During his journey, David communicates with his bikers on the Internet, thereby organizing himself places of rest and overnight stays. According to Pavel (Kvash), from bikers from other regions it became known that in mid-May David plans to visit Yekaterinburg. In addition, his motorcycle leaked a fork, and the traveler needed help.

Yekaterinburg bikers met David at the entrance to the Ural capital and, having met, took him to the service, where for half an hour the BMW R80 GS of 1991 was repaired. David was amazed at the speed and quality of the service. The next day, the traveler arranged a tour of Yekaterinburg. The Swiss really liked the center of the Ural capital. In addition, climbing the Antey, David took several photos of Yekaterinburg from a height. On the morning of the third day, the traveler went on.

David’s final destination will be Mongolia. After visiting this country, he will travel back through Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Unfortunately, his return journey through Yekaterinburg will not pass. However, perhaps the hospitality of the bikers of the Ural capital will play a role and David will still want to look at us again.
