To contact specialists, call 8-800-737-77-66. You can also apply for help through the online form on the electronic resource of the Public Chamber.
According to representatives of the house, the line is connected with the hot line of Rosturizm. Therefore, if serious difficulties occur, travelers can contact the department directly.
During the New Year holidays, a hotline for air passengers with the number 8-800-777-41-58 will be available. With its help, tourists will be able to get advice on flight delays and loss of luggage. Lawyers will help travelers write a complaint.
The hotline for tourists at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation was first launched in 2016. By phone and with the help of a special electronic form on the website of the chamber, citizens who find themselves in a difficult situation during their holidays can contact experts for help. The line is available Monday-Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday from 9:00 to 16:45.
