Demand for New Year tours is growing: prices and routes
Russians began to actively buy tours for the New Year holidays. The average cost of the tour for the last days of December and early January is 275 thousand rubles for 9 nights for two.
This is almost 1.5 times more expensive than the average annual cost of tours, which is 182 thousand rubles.
The most popular destinations
- Egypt: 24.9% of all New Year tours;
- Thailand: 21.6%;
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): 14.5 per cent;
- Vietnam: 11%;
- China7.5%.
Particularly noteworthy is the growing interest in China, where bookings have increased one and a half times in recent months amid the abolition of visas for Russian citizens.
