“Three stages” of quarantine removal from Rospotrebnadzor: details
Rospotrebnadzor presented methodological recommendations for the gradual removal of “self-isolation” restrictions.
In each region, the decision will be made independently from May 12, and the responsibility for it will be on the head of the region, and in any deterioration of the situation, everything can be played back.
There are three steps to remove restrictions:
At the first stage, the list of public places with permitted visits will be expanded – citizens will be allowed to play sports alone and walk with children. It is also planned to open some service institutions and small shops.
At the second stage, walks with family members will be allowed and, if the number of visitors is limited, the work of objects of trade and services - i.e. shopping centers - will be allowed.
Schools and kindergartens will also start.
The third stage – to work parks and squares – “subject to social distancing”, will be allowed to work hotels and restaurants, and in general earn “enterprises of trade and services without limiting the number of visitors”. However, when we will wait for this stage is unknown. Pessimists say we can’t wait until the end of the year.
In other countries, the authorities are more energetic about lifting restrictions and restoring the economy. In Germany, Merkel said the "first phase of the pandemic" was over. The decision to restrict social contacts has been extended until June 5, but the authorities promise that "rules will be softened."
Orientalist Nikolai Vavilov believes that countries that ignore the “pandemic” overcome the economic recession best of all. In particular, Indonesia’s promising economy grew by 2.97% in the first quarter of 2020. Indonesia was one of the last to enter the “pandemic response” regime.
Moreover, Vietnam, one of the first to impose a “targeted” quarantine, has already announced the actual restoration of the country. According to the “overwinter” epidemic local Russians in the country this week earned cafes and beaches. During the entire period of the “pandemic” in Vietnam, not a single person died from the coronavirus. And the outlook for the country is favorable: Vietnam’s GDP growth, according to the government’s forecast, may be 5% in 2020.
