Tours in Egypt and Thailand: how much are the high season?
Travel from Russia to Egypt and Thailand rose in price for the month by 12.5 and 16.9%, respectively.
The average check for vouchers to Egypt in November amounted to 228.5 thousand rubles, an increase over the month by 12.5%, and to Thailand - 214 thousand rubles, which is 16.9% higher than in October.
Artur Muradyan, vice president of the association, believes that this is due to seasonal price fluctuations and the beginning of the high tourist season in these countries.
In November, 83% of all vouchers are sold to five countries - Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Thailand, Russia.
With the decrease in demand in some areas, prices are falling. Tours to Turkey in November became cheaper by 30%, the average check - 126 thousand rubles, as the high season in the country is over.
