In 2012, the development of tourism allocated more than 9 billion rubles
According to the head of Rostourism Alexander Radkov, in 2012, 9 billion 95 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget for the implementation of the target program "Development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation (2011-2018)" - 1.6 billion more than in 2011. The program included 10 investment projects, including projects of tourist and recreational clusters in the Lipetsk region, Buryatia, Yaroslavl region and the Republic of Tyva.
“The program also provides funding for projects to create tourist clusters in the Krasnodar and Stavropol territories,” Mr. Radkov added. However, the regional authorities have not yet submitted their projects.
We remind you that in 2011, the Federal Target Program included six projects of tourist-recreational and auto-tourist clusters: Ples (Ivanovo region), Pskov, Ryazan, Belokurikha shopping mall and Golden Gate ATC in the Altai Territory, as well as Vsplesk ATC in the Rostov region.
