On March 25, the Office for the Prevention of the Import and Spread of the Coronavirus in Russia announced the expansion of air traffic with Cuba. In particular, we are talking about seven additional flights a week from Moscow to Varadero.
This resort has always been considered the most popular holiday destination for Russian tourists in Cuba. It is known for a long sandy beach 20 km long. At the beginning of the resort area are old wooden houses, and closer to the center are luxury modern hotels under the brands of large international chains. Varadero has its own airport, the second largest passenger traffic in Cuba after Havana’s Jose Marti Airport.
Tour operators report: "Tours on Varadero have already appeared in our booking system at a price of 98.7 thousand rubles per person in a double room in a 3* hotel with an all-inclusive power supply system." In the hotel 4 * rest will cost from 102 thousand rubles per person, 5 * - 105 thousand.
