In the Chelyabinsk region appeared five-meter cactus

In the field in Kizil district, on the turn towards the village of Proletarsky, in 2010, an idol was installed, but at the request of the local church it was moved to the city of Arkaim, as he personified a pagan god. And then a local resident Vadim Gaikov decided to decorate the devastated place with a five-meter wooden cactus.

Now many residents and tourists stop to take pictures near this unusual structure (Vadim Gaikov claims that this is the best reward for him). Thanks to the cactus, the steppe expanses began to resemble the Texas prairies. This looks especially symbolic because in the Kizil district was declared a state of emergency due to the invasion of locusts.

However, such an unusual attraction in the Chelyabinsk region is not the only one: on the M5 highway near the roadside cafe there is a huge dinosaur that attracts visitors to the institution.
