IV All-Russian exhibition "Tourism". Sport. Rest" began its work in Izhevsk. The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Udmurt Republic Nikolai Musalimov, Minister for Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Udmurt Republic Igor Krasnov and General Director of the Udmurtia Exhibition Center Lilia Yusupova. The exhibition was visited by the Chairman of the Government of the Udmurt Republic Yuri Pitkevich.
“Tourism. Sport. Rest" is the only industry exhibition of Udmurtia, - said in a welcoming speech Deputy Prime Minister of the Udmurt Republic Nikolai Musalimov. At present, the development of a healthy lifestyle, the formation of a tourist environment are priority directions of the social policy of the Government of the Republic. Therefore, it is especially pleasant that the exhibition is gaining momentum every year: today 89 enterprises from Udmurtia and 8 regions of Russia participate in it.
“The most active participants of the tourism and sports market are present at the exhibition,” said Lilia Yusupova, General Director of the Udmurtia Exhibition Center. We have prepared 65 different events for visitors: performances by creative and sports teams, presentations of tourist routes, master classes and much more.
For four days, the participants will demonstrate the tourist, sports and cultural potential of the regions of Russia.
Opportunities of domestic tourism are represented by municipalities of the republic, tour operators and travel agencies acquaint visitors with the best offers in the country, Russia and countries of the world. Wellness rest is offered by sanatoriums, resorts and recreation centers. For lovers of active recreation and sports, the exhibition presents a range of special products. In front of the exhibition pavilion there is a fair town where you can try and buy products of participating enterprises.
