In Crimea will earn an analogue of Airbnb and Booking
Until the end of 2019 in Russia in test mode should earn an online rental service, which is intended for recreation and travel in the Crimea.
This is reported by the press service of the Federal cadastral chamber, referring to the Deputy Minister of economic development of Russia, head of Rosreestr Victoria Abramchenko.
The domestic service will be a pilot service in the field of real estate within the IT platform, it is being developed by Rosreestr and the Federal Cadastral Chamber.
“Today, we need an IT platform that will provide direct communication between the seller and the buyer, the tenant and the lessor, create an opportunity for free choice of objects, simplify the procedure for concluding transactions, increase the legal protection of market participants ...”, – said Abramchenko at the V International Economic Forum in Yalta.
The new platform will give citizens and businesses services for real estate transactions - when buying and selling, renting, paying taxes.
We are talking about services for confirming the ownership of the landlord or seller on the property or checking the solvency of the tenant and the buyer. An opportunity is planned to study the taxable base when renting real estate.
International services for rental housing are limited in Crimea. Airbnb is not present on the peninsula, and through Booking you can book accommodation, if you specify the purpose of the trip – work.
The base of daily rent in the Crimea is on the portals of CIAN and Avito, on the latter apartment can be booked online. Minister of resorts and tourism of the peninsula Vadim Volchenko believes that the tourist flow to the Crimea last year increased by 28% to 6.8 million people.
