In Russia, passengers are inspected at railway stations

Security controls will be tightened at Moscow railway stations.

Starting February 11 at the stations Moscow and St. Petersburg Metal detectors have already been installed. Every passenger to get to the station square will have to pass through the frame. Therefore, the management of Russian Railways appeals to passengers with a request to come to the stations in advance.

Dmitry Medvedev’s unexpected visit to the Kiev railway station forced Russian Railways to hastily strengthen the security system at the capital’s railway stations. Currently, the management of the stations is engaged in the purchase and installation of new equipment, which contributes to improving the level of security.
