In Russia will come into force new rules for the export of children abroad
The press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports on new rules for the export of children abroad.
"At the same time, the previously valid order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated February 11, 2019 No. 62 is losing force," the statement said.
Updates: both legal representatives of the minor will be able to declare disagreement on the departure of the child from Russia, which will be taken into account by the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It will be possible to impose both a general ban and on specific states.
The applicant will be able to take out children, but only if he is a Russian citizen. If he is a foreigner, the child will not be able to travel abroad.
The new rules will allow to revoke such bans: in the country it can be done in police departments, abroad – in embassies and consulates.
Also, the shortened deadline for working out applications was an innovation: it decreased from 5 working days to 2.
