The best architectural project of the world in 2018
Building of the Ethnographic Museum in Budapest (Hungary) recognized as the best architectural project of 2018.
The jury of the prestigious International Property Awards has chosen its winner. The Ethnographic Museum in Budapest became the best architectural project in the world in 2018.
More than 1.7 thousand projects from 115 countries claimed victory in this nomination.
The jury highly appreciated the work of the Hungarian architectural studio, which was able to design the museum, and noted the dynamic but concise design. An additional plus - the building will be built 60% below ground level: this will be able to adapt it to the environment.
The museum will have exhibition and conference rooms, a space for lectures and free communication, walking areas.
The building of the new ethnographic museum in Budapest will be built in the famous city park Varosliget. Work on the reorganization of the park and the construction of a new museum began in 2017.
