Why are Russians willing to forgive the flight delay?

More than half of Russian passengers are ready to forgive the long wait at the airport if the airline offers a bonus in the form of compensation.

Tutu surveyed more than four thousand Russian travelers to find out how they can wait out the long delay of the plane.

Respondents spoke about their actions if the airline delayed the flight for three hours or more.

One in two travellers (56%) said they were willing to forget about the long wait if the airline prepared a bonus.

Therefore, most of the passengers are not going to go to court and punish the airline.

According to the results of the study, 15% are ready to “grumble and forgive” the carrier, 13% of respondents will try to obtain monetary compensation from the airline, and if necessary, will go to court.

“About 9% admitted to treating such troubles philosophically. Another 7% said they write negative reviews about the airline and advise their friends not to fly with it.
