And now to the capital! Sightseeing tour in Abu Dhabi
Description:
What's the tour about?
A trip to the capital of the United Arab Emirates is a trip to the origins of the history of the state, acquaintance with the management system, politics, religious foundations of society, the traditions of the local population and, of course, a visit to unique attractions that consider the grand scale of the rich oil state and the heritage of Eastern traditions.
Let's see what:
1. At the entrance to the city of Abu Dhabi, we visit the Masdar Research Center, a place where work is underway to explore the possibilities of using solar energy. Tip: ride the country's first self-driving cars powered by solar panels.
2. We're going to Yas Island. This is where the famous Formula 1 stadium is located.
3. One of the main highlights of the tour is a visit to the famous mosque named after Sheikh Zayed, the creator of the state. This is a true masterpiece of modern Islamic architecture, created by the best architects of the world.
4. Visit the Heritage Village, an open-air ethnographic museum, where we enter the pre-oil Abu Dhabi, a small fishing village that was the city 50 years ago.
5. “Perme” the government hotel Emirates Palace, a hotel that is closed to large groups of tourists, as it is the most sought-after place (in the entire Persian Gulf) to host landmark events and the most luxurious weddings of the powerful. By the way, we can have some coffee with gold.
6. We drive along the high-altitude embankment - Monghetin of the Middle East.
7. And, already on the way out of the capital, we drive on the island of Saadiyat, on which the grandiose construction of the “Abu Dhabi Cultural District” is underway.
