I invite everyone to go to the border with Oman, within the emirate of Abu Dhabi, where the Al Ain oasis is located. There are several old forts and many historical monuments (for all who are interested in how the Bedouin lived, it will be very interesting to visit Al Ain). This is the birthplace of the first president of the country - the legendary Sheikh Zayed, where his residence of the pre-oil period is still preserved.
The acquaintance with the city will begin with a visit to the zoo, which is located at the foot of Mount Jebel Hafit and which covers an area of 900 hectares. The zoo contains more than 4,000 animals. Approximately 30% of the 180 species represented here are threatened with extinction.
Next we will go to the north of the oasis to the famous hot springs. Everyone has probably read and heard about al-Ain hot Rhodon springs, the therapeutic direction of which is articular diseases (you will even get to feel their miraculous properties). They are very popular both among the local population and among visitors. Someone comes once and hopes for a miracle, someone often visits and “wet” in hot water.
After all the procedures, we will go to Mount Jebel Hafeet (lunch), which rises above sea level - about 1500 m. At the very top of the mountain there is an observation deck, which offers stunning views of tens of kilometers around.
