Paraguay + Iguazu Falls 10 days / 9 nights
Description:
Individual tour for 10 days
From Asuncion to Iguazu: a route that cannot be repeated yourself - the mysteries and authenticity of Paraguay is complemented by a trip to the great Igasu Falls
Day 1. Arrival
Arrival in the capital of Paraguay, transfer from the airport and check-in to the hotel
Day 2: Asuncion is a guardian city.
You step into the capital, where palaces and squares stand as silent chronicles of history, and narrow streets whisper secrets that a tourist with a map cannot hear. The Pantheon of National Heroes, the Cathedral, the Presidential Palace are not just buildings, but scenes from a film where the past breathes next to the present. It feels like a part of history, like the city trusts you with its secrets.
Day 3: The surroundings of Asuncion are small wonders.
You leave the city, and the road turns into a cinematic montage: the lakes of Ipacari, where the sky reflects, the workshops of ceramics of Arugua, the sacred Kaakupe - all like shots filled with color and sound. Paraguay opens up to the present: simple, vibrant and almost intimate.
Day 4: Encarnacion and Salto Cristal Falls
The road rushes through the tropics, and before you opens a waterfall that seems to be a test of nature - powerful and pure as a heartbeat. The mission of the Jesuits in Encarnacion is frozen in time: stones and columns seem to come to life, telling the stories of centuries. Every moment here is a picture that you want to remember forever.
Day 5: Indian Mountain,
The Indian Mountain is the throne of the Guarani myths, where legends come to life in the wind, and the horizon is revealed by an endless panorama. Trinidad is a temple of time where the past is frozen in stone and the energy of the place is felt at every step. The obligado meets quiet streets and evening lights, as if inviting you to slow down and soak up the country’s atmosphere.
Day 6: Alta Vera National Park.
Here jungles and swamps are intertwined with trails, hidden waterfalls and green river mirrors. The water falls with force, the air smells of life, and the silence is almost tangible. This is a wildlife scene where you become part of a film that Earth is writing.
Day 7: Ciudad del Este and Saltos del Monday.
You travel through villages where people live in a rhythm almost unrelated to civilization, and meet a real culture, unpolished tourist showcase. The final scene of the tour is the border between Paraguay and the legendary Iguazu Falls. And the Saltos del Monday waterfall is the “little Iguazu”, a miniature giant that hits you with power, beauty and sound. Every stream of water here is like the anger and joy of nature at the same time.
Day 8: Iguazu of the Argentine side.
We will visit the Iguazu Falls from Argentina - walk through the National Park, ride on an eco-trip, enjoy hiking trails under the noise of falling water, and of course, see the great Devil's Throat.
Day 9. Iguazu of the Brazilian side.
The day will give a meeting with the wonder of nature - Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian side, a walk through the famous Bird Park, as well as a visit to the National Park, where the most picturesque panoramas open. The end will be a bright show at sunset "3 borders" - a spectacular point in a busy day.
