Warsaw Citadel or Know Your Polish Ancestors

I present to your attention our most unusual excursion "Warsaw Citadel or know your Polish ancestors". This tour will be connected with the military history of Warsaw, and our entire route will take place in the Warsaw Citadel. During our trip you will see what the citadel, built by the Russian Emperor Nicholas the first to defend and control the city order looks like. We will walk through the territory of the citadel, see its walls, entrance gates and buildings, where soldiers lived, and most importantly, where the prisoners of the Warsaw citadel were. Having entered the 10th pavilion, we will pass through the corridors in which the cells for the arrested are located. Many famous surnames, such as Denikin, Dzerzhinsky, Pilsudski, passed through the walls of the Warsaw Citadel, both as its guards or leadership, and as prisoners. The museum will introduce you to the history of the citadel, its origin, importance and necessity.
