Lake Shunet Khakassia

This small mineral lake is another natural monument of the Republic of Khakassia.
It is located in a deep basin, at an altitude of 390 meters above sea level. At the end of the XIX century, therapeutic mud was discovered here. The lake is believed to contain radon springs. In the western part of the lake valley, which is not unimportant, there is a fresh spring that provides everyone with drinking water.
On the shore of the lake, everyone receives knowledge by meditating and traveling to their own world of shamanism.
Near Lake Shunet, there is a mountain of the same name, from the top of which there is a wonderful view of the cascade of lakes - Shunet, Matarak and Chalas-Kol.
From the coast of the majestic lake a beautiful view of the hills with centuries-old stone arrows, mounds and menhirs, you can see the ruins of fortresses once created by the great people inhabiting this land.
All this is food for the mind and heart, a kind of open-air historical museum!
