Tuim ring
Description:
Tuim failure - Kiy-lyh Uzen, translated means Wayward Log. In the nineties of the last century, near the village of Tuim in Khakassia, a basin 700 meters long, 400 meters wide was formed. The height from the highest peak to the surface of the lake, located at the bottom of the basin, is 125 meters, it is five ten-storey buildings. The depth of the lake is 100 meters.
The Tuimsky Ring is a construction like a cromplech from megalithic monuments in the British Isles, France, Southern Scandinavia and Northern Germany, which, according to scientists, is about 2.5 thousand years old. Such in Khakassia and Siberia can be counted literally on your fingers. Why? Yes, because if thousands of Khakassian mounds of various archaeological epochs are surrounded by square or rectangular fences, then there is a burial in the center of a circle of stones with a diameter of about 84 meters (hence the anglicized name cromlech). Indeed, this building can be called Shirinsky Stonehenge.
