New Year holidays in Khakassia

The path of this winter tour, passing through the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia, is as if humiliated with tourist jewels: the Shushenskoye ethnographic museum, the Siberian taiga, the white peaks and ridges of the Western Sayan, remote hunting winters, a taiga kitchen and dazzling air snow.

Attention! Before this tour, we invite you to join the program New Year holidays in Krasnoyarsk (4 days + air or railway) on January 2-5.

At 19:00 Departure from Krasnoyarsk by train to Abakan (tickets are purchased independently or for an additional fee)

You have to take it with you.

• Documents (passport, health insurance, travel or contract). Clothing for travel should be comfortable. Please bring with you what you normally wear for winter hiking and relaxation.
• Thermal underwear, fleece or polartek - pants and sweater, down jacket, insulated pants or half-suit, warm jacket (preferably down jacket), wool socks 2 pairs, loose shoes with a high shin, warm hat with ears, gloves (better knitted) + warm gloves.

Note: Cellular communication will be absent from lunch day 1 until lunch day 3 on the territory of the tourist base "Snow Leopard" in the taiga. There is no Wi-Fi in the forest.

The climate of Khakassia is sharply continental. Winters are cold. Temperature is difficult to predict. The average temperature of January is -20C. Snowy and cloudy. There are years when the temperature reaches -5C or even 0C. Even if there is little snow in the cities, there will be a lot of white snow in the taiga.
