| Day 1: 16.06. 18. Abakan - Yergaki - Kyzyl tourist base | A group meeting in Abakan. Transfer Abakan - Yergaki tourist base (200 km). Yergaki – the Western Sayan range, is rightfully considered a cult place of tourists, climbers, photographers and artists. The area is popular due to numerous lakes, waterfalls, sharp peaks and grandiose rock walls A walking tour along the trail to the top of the mountain, which offers a stunning view of one of the symbols of the Ergaki Ridge - "Sleeping Sayan" (the duration of the tour with stops and rest - 2-3 hours). Lunch at the campground cafe. Departure to Kyzyl (230 km) with stops for a photo shoot. Arrival in the capital of Tuva - Kyzyl. Hotel accommodation. Dinner. |

| Day 2: 17.06. 18. Kyzyl | Breakfast. Excursion to the Aldan-Maadyr National Museum. The museum has a large ethnographic and archaeological collection. In the courtyard of the museum there is a unique collection of steles, including monuments of different eras: from deer stones of the early Scythian time to ancient Turkic statues and steles with runic inscriptions. The pearl of the archaeological collection is a collection from the excavations of 1971-1974 of the world-famous Scythian mound Arzhan. Visit to the Buddhist temple "Tsechenling". The new temple, built in 1999, became one of the hallmarks of Kyzyl. Not far from the temple is the Memorial sign "Center of Asia" - a stele, on the banks of the Yenisei, a symbol of the geographical center of Asia. To its right, the two rivers Kaa-Khem and Biy-Khem merge, forming the great Siberian river - the Yenisei. After lunch - excursion to the Holy spring "Beaver" ("Kundustug Arzhan"). The source was discovered during the Turkic Khaganate IV-VIII centuries. In Tuvan legends, it is said that the pure water of arzhan contributes to the healing of the body and the accumulation of strength. He who visits Kundustug Arzhaan will guard the riches of the land all his life: he will not kill animals and will not pick a single flower. In the evening, those who wish can visit the sports complex "Subdei" with a year-round skating rink and skate rental (optional, for an additional fee). Dinner. |
| Day 3: 18.06. 18. Kyzyl - Chadan - B / O Kubayk | Breakfast. Early departure from the hotel. We go on a journey along the steppe roads of Tuva - the ancient road of nomads. At 7 km from Chadan there was an ancient center of Tuva statehood, its spiritual and economic center - the temple complex Ustuu-Huree. The complex was destroyed in the 30s of the last century. We will visit one of the temples of the complex Ustuu-Huree, restored in 2012. For the city of Ak-Dovurak, the road turns north to Khakassia and, after 100 km, rises to the Sayansky ("Hundredth") pass - the border of Khakassia and Tyva. The picturesque road gradually goes down, and we gradually descend, getting from the highlands to the real Siberian taiga! After a long road today, home warmth welcomes us recreation center "Kubayka", located in the heart of the Sayan taiga, on the banks of the mountain river Ona. Placement at the base. Dinner. |
| Day 4: 19.06. 18. Kubaika | Breakfast. Water walk on the river Ona. This is not just rafting, but a whole trip along the river, with a rest on the picturesque banks, fishing and lunch at the stake. Do not forget to bring a photo or video camera, because often wild animals come to the river to drink water! Back to the recreation center. Lunch. Bath. Dinner. |
| Day 5: 20.06. 18. B/O Kubaika - Kazanovka | Breakfast. Car excursion to the open-air museum "Kazanovka" (170 km one way). The museum is located in Askiz district of the Republic of Khakassia, about 127 km from Abakan. Here in February 1996, the Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum-Reserve was created on the territory of 18 thousand hectares. Amazing nature, curious ethnography and archaeological monuments are the three components of "Kazanovka". Several millennia ago, people lived here who prayed to mountain spirits, depicted animals and various rituals on the rocks, built mounds. Archaeologists have been working in Kazanovka for many years. On the territory of the reserve more than two thousand only recorded monuments. Among them are excavated mounds and burial grounds, about a thousand cave paintings, which are six thousand years old. The earliest structures belong to the IV-III in BC. Dinner. |
| Day 6: 21.06. 18. Kubaika | Free day. On this day you can just walk around the taiga surroundings of the base, relax on the riverbank, ride horses, and additional car excursions will be offered to you. Three meals a day. |
| Day 7: 22.06. 18. Kubaika – Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP – Abakan | Breakfast. Depart from base. Trip to Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP (325 km), on the way (optional) visit the Church of St. Eudokia. Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP is the largest and most powerful power plant in Russia. This is a concrete-arch gravity dam with a height of 245 m, a length of 1065 m; the dam forms a large reservoir. During the tour, you will visit the observation deck and hear the history of the construction of the HPP. Transfer to Abakan. | Day 8: 23.06. 18. Abakan, pos. Pearl | Breakfast. Transfer to post. Pearl. (160 km). On the way - an excursion to the Salbyk mound. The Great Salbyk Kurgan is one of the most majestic and mysterious monuments of ancient Southern Siberia, located in the Valley of the Kings, where the Tagar kingdom existed several thousand years ago. Accommodation at the recreation center. The resort village Pearl is located on the shore of the salty healing Lake Shira. About the wonderful water of Lake Shira is spoken in ancient Khakass tales and legends. The healthy climate of the resort is due to a rare combination of dry climate of steppes and lake air. In the next 4 days of the tour you will have the opportunity to combine excursions with rest and swimming in the lake. |
| Day 9:24.06. 18. pos. Pearl - Chests | Excursion "Archaeological tour of the tract "Trenches". (Duration 6-7 hours, including transfer from the hotel and back) The oldest astronomical observatory in Siberia and its main objects and drawings. The mountain range "Sunduki" is located near the village of Iyus. The complex of surface archaeological sites on its territory includes burial grounds, cave paintings and special structures, which together are an astronomical observatory of ancient people. The complex includes several observation platforms, two versions of the “solar clock”, a calendar, a biography of the great warrior, reflecting the mythology of the ancients, as well as many objects and artifacts, the purpose of which has not yet been solved by scientists. |
| Day 10: 25.06. 18. pos. Pearl - massif Togaz-Az | Excursion "The Path of the Ancestors" on the rock massif Togyz-Az, located on the right bank of the White Iyus River. (Duration of the tour is 6-7 hours, including transfer from the hotel and back). (Travel along the ancient cult path, through grottoes, along the rocks along the amazing beauty of the ridge: ancient drawings, runic inscriptions, parking lots of primitive people, caves...) When you start to move along the “Ancestors’ Path”, you realize that this path is many years old. Not hundreds, maybe thousands. The path along the trail is a journey through time, the knowledge of the philosophy of an ancient man living in the world of myths and legends. Easy to pass, the trail fascinates with its descents and ascents; views opening from the slopes; the river flowing below; stone "rivers"; descending rashes in the rocky sidelines. It is as if the trail carries within itself the ancient knowledge of the world and human wisdom, of life and death. |
