I am Oleg Sayansky, 47 years old, was born and live in the city of Abaza in the south of Khakassia. I've been walking mountains since I was 5. Since 1987, my serious travels in the Western Sayan began. He has organized and conducted many interesting trips. I'm a professional traveler, local historian. He has worked with tourists as an instructor and guide since 1996. In 1999, as a guide, he conducted the first Sayan ring (from T/B "Snow Leopard" through Tuva) himself developed, for the first time, permission was obtained from a lama with whom he was personally acquainted to shoot inside the Buddhist temple of Ustuu-Huree. He held 23 solo photo exhibitions about Sayans from 1999 to 2015 in Khakassia and Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Working for T/B "Snow Leopard" developed routes, which are still used today, conducted tours: ethno, speleo, extreme tour (for the first time), equestrian, mountain bike (for the first time), etc. Worked with tourists, VIP tours and foreign tourists. He worked as a tour guide for many years.
Having many years of practical experience in the tourist centers of Khakassia “Snow Leopard”, “Kubayka”, “Bagulnik”, “Sayan’s Middle Kingdom”, “Abaza-Tour”, “Sayan Grace”, children’s health camp Gagarin, sanatorium “Sayan Grace”. He worked for 2 years and as a teacher of additional education in school No49, led the photo and video studio Sayan Meridian, took children on excursions and hikes.

The first through the mountains walked to the Hot Key (Abakan River) and to Agafya Lykova. He climbed the Grandiose Peak (the highest point of the Krasnoyarsk Territory), the highest point of Khakassia Karakosh, several times visited the Kinzelyuk Falls (the second highest in Russia), discovered about 40 previously unknown waterfalls, found many ancient strange buildings. I was in Tofalaria, a country without trails.
He made several author's films rich in information on toponymy, history, ethnography, etc.

Held with his wife the first festivals "Sayan Robinsonada" (travelers and tourists), 2 festivals of author's song with the involvement of bards from Abakan, Sayanogorsk, Perm, Minusinsk, etc. (at their own expense) in the city of Abaza. He organized several large expeditions for 37, 54 and 53 days in the Western and Central Sayan Islands. Excursions were conducted in the south of Khakassia, Abaz and the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Tuva. I periodically participate in Minusinsk at the Martyanov regional lore readings. I have research publications in the newspapers of Khakassia and Krasnoyarsk Territory. He has been running his own research website for 10 years, has his own video channel on Rutube and YouTube with his travel movies. I also study herbs and make teas. In 2008, he published the book 54 Days in the Eastern Sayan (expedition diary). We published our local history newspaper Sayansky Meridian in the late 2000s. At the seminar, where all the heads of the libraries of Khakassia were, he lectured on the Sayans. Held 186 meetings, lectures on schools, libraries, colleges, etc.
