Art estate "Landora" is located in a unique place, on the slope of Ai-Petri mountain in a green massif in the center of Alupka. Nearby there are no roads, noisy discos, industrial zones and enterprises. 15 minutes walk to the sea. Also within walking distance there is a market in New Alupka, several grocery stores. To the Park of Count Vorontsov - 15 minutes walk, to the Church of Archangel Michael - 7 minutes walk.

For guests there are several cozy houses in different price categories. Weekly on Sundays atmospheric musical evenings are organized on the territory of the Landor art estate. We invite you and your loved ones to an unforgettable meeting with music in the creative art space, in an atmosphere of peace and joy!

You will find a unique concert venue, a panoramic view of the sea, an elite collection of plants, a delicious treat, relaxed communication with artists and guests of the evening. The music program is updated weekly. Soloists and musical groups - laureates of international and regional competitions are invited to participate in concerts. In the three years since the launch of the Project, Sunday musical pleasures have become an integral part of the cultural landscape of the Crimean Riviera. We have about a hundred people visiting us every Sunday. New guests are surprised by the sincerity and sincerity that reign in the art estate.
