The distance to the sandy beach, promenade, amusement park, water park is only 15 minutes. It's 10 minutes to the Central Market. On the way to the beach (on Grebenskaya street) there are many cafes and dining rooms for every taste.

The entire infrastructure is really within walking distance, you can reach the embankment or the sea in 20 minutes with a calm step.

• At your service comfortable and bright rooms. You can choose a room that will meet all your requirements and wishes! Room cleaning from 9:00 to 12:00.
• One-room rooms with amenities, with a capacity of up to 2-3-4-5 people. In rooms: beds, bedside tables, chair or sofa, wardrobe, large cabinet, chairs, safe, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The bathroom is in the room. In the room additional seats are possible for an additional fee. Check availability.
