Monument to paratroopers
Sea station, city of Anapa, Krasnodar region
Description:
The monument to paratroopers in Anapa was erected 63 years after the liberation of Anapa from fascist invaders on September 21, 2006. Many people come to this place to honor those who fought for our lives. It is said that the monument is dedicated to the soldiers who were wounded during the liberation of Anapa and went for treatment in local sanatoriums, but, unfortunately, did not survive.
For the local historian Gegham Amayakovich Poladyanets it was very important that the monument was opened for the anniversary (60 years), but this did not happen. It was opened for the 63rd year. We owe a huge thank you to this man, because he gave us the opportunity to honor and always remember those thanks to whom we now live under a peaceful sky. Gegham Amajakovic for many years studied all the details of the battles in Anapa, explored his native land.
You can honor the monument and visit it at the address: Sea Station, Anapa city, Krasnodar Territory. We must remember those warriors!
