Snake Lake is one of the attractions of Anapa. It is located in the village of Big Utrish. Initially, it was really a lake - it had no connection with the surrounding water area and the water in it was suitable for drinking. But for some reason, it was decided to create an isthmus that opens access to the Black Sea. And now Snake Lake is a bay. The name of the attraction speaks for itself - there have always been many snakes in this area.
The places here are amazing! Clear water, bright scenery. The forests surrounding the lake originate in the Tertiary period. On the Snake Lake, you can not only admire nature. The yacht club offers its services to tourists. You can do diving, underwater hunting, surfing, sunbathing on the beach. Not far from the dolphinarium, the observation deck.
How do I get there?
From the center of Anapa, you can get here by bus number 109. A personal car will take about half an hour. We need to move along the road leading towards the village of Sukko.
