About the company:

Recreation center "Fisherman's House" invites all connoisseurs of recreation in nature in an amazing region - the Volga Delta, located in the Astrakhan region.

This place, where the great Russian river meets the Caspian Sea, divides into hundreds of arms and forms thousands of islets: picturesquely overgrown with reeds, attracting birds, animals and fish. Here live rare species of animals, grow listed in the Red Book of plants, pass the flight paths of waterfowl and spawning routes of sturgeon fish.

The “Fisherman’s House” is located in the eastern part of the delta, about 16 km from the rolling rocks of the Caspian Sea and 80 km from Astrakhan.

What can you see here?

  • Flowering water lilies, lotus fields with 80-centimeter leaves and 42 other species of aquatic plants, including rare and endangered.
  • The Volga Jungle. In Soviet times, in the local thickets of dense reeds with a height of 2-3 human height, films based on Jules Verne were shot.
