Their maximum height is 150 m above sea level and 64.4 m above the Ural River. The mountains are rich in different layers, especially boron, and contain formations of different periods. Due to the indented form, a microclimate was formed in the deep gorges, snow lies there even in summer, and on the surface there are plants characteristic of countries with more temperate climates. The picturesque Inder mountains and the health properties of the lake make the region popular among tourists and vacationers. The hill is located north and south of the administrative center of the Inder district. The mountains can be reached through the village of Indeborsky, or down the river from Uralsk.
